Under our lifetime warranty, automotive glass is warranted against workmanship related issues for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass is installed. Rayce-Way Auto Glass also covers any part defects as long as they are brought to the attention of Rayce-Way within 30 days of installation.
If you have an issue that is covered by this warranty, you may contact us at (832) 818-1763 and we will replace or repair the warranted product or correct the defective workmanship without charge at a mutually agreed upon time.
In order to exercise your rights under this Rayce-Way warranty, we will require evidence of installation by Rayce-Way such as a copy of the invoice.
This warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having prior damage or rust on the pinch weld. Rayce-Way will use commercially reasonable efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of existing glass; however, it is often not possible to do this. In these cases, Rayce-Way is not responsible for any associated damage.
In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty.
Please note if you detect any workmanship related issues and the vehicle is taken to another car facility prior to bringing the issue to our attention the warranty on your glass will be automatically voided.
